Modern Leadership

Seminar Modern Leadership

The seminar ‘Modern Leadership in Production’ demonstrates how leadership is undergoing fundamental change in the wake of digitalisation, social change and growing complexity. Traditional, rigid hierarchies and slow decision-making processes are no longer appropriate and are increasingly being replaced by agile, responsible and people-centred leadership approaches.
The focus is on managers’ ability to understand business contexts holistically, to recognise changes at an early stage and to shape them effectively. Modern leadership is not just about making decisions, but also about convincing employees, providing guidance and taking responsibility.
The seminar imparts practical skills to make leadership effective, resilient and forward-looking – with a particular focus on the demands of production in the context of Industry 4.0, as well as on managing different generations within the organisation.
